Build LTD. is a commercial real estate, property management and development company. We have been in business since 2008 and focus mainly on the Jing'an area of Puxi Shanghai,CN. Build manages a wide range of property - anything from four story office buildings, art galleries, retail/commercial outlets etc.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Answering busy phone & greeting clients with warmth and professionalism Word processing, cash handling and filing Assisting Build Management Managers and employees Typing, proofreading, translating and/or drafting general correspondence,memo's, and contracts Assisting real estate agents with information and viewings of property Maintaining and creating existing files Ordering and procuring office supplies Assisting with copier and fax Sorting and distributing mail Setting up for the next day and for meetings. Keep commercial property availability list up-to-date as well as list of agents. Get paperwork ready for lease signings and more.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be self-motivated with ability to multi-task and manage time well Have good attendance Be organized and detail oriented Present a personable and professional manner Know local area well Be able to communicate well with visitors, staff, vendors, property owners, ayi, security, and tenants Proficient with Microsoft Programs / Internet / e-mail Capable of learning unfamiliar software programs Be able to operate office equipment such as keyboard, fax, and copier machine Be able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate circumstances Be open to the possibility of expanded duties as business knowledge increases and interests become focused
