We are currently seeking applications for the position of Sales Administration Coordinator, Greater China Region, based at our branch in Shanghai, PRC.

The Sales Administration Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of new and existing business processes throughout the Greater China region. The suitable candidate will work closely with Crown’s local and overseas offices to ensure a high level of consistency and effective communication for China-connected business opportunities. This position will require monthly results reporting to regional management and a high standard of oral and written English. Other languages will be a distinct advantage to candidates.

The ideal candidate will have prior office experience in an international sales environment; have experience in coordinating RFP and tender processes; be detail-orientated; possess strong organization skills; and will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This position is challenging and only candidates with a solid background as outlined above will be considered. The successful candidate reports directly to the Regional Director of Corporate Services for Central China.
