The Activity Box is looking for teachers for our international preschool centres in Pudong, Shanghai. We run half and full day programmes for toddlers aged between 18 months and 5 years. Our setup is bilingual. You will work as a homeroom teacher of one class and will be team teaching with a Chinese teacher (who can speak some English). A domestic helper (ayi) will be present to assist. There will be about 12 to 14 kids in your class.
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm. This includes direct teaching hours as well as time given for preparation of class materials.
We are looking for teachers with a love for children. You must be enthusiastic and have a passion for teaching.
Other requirements: a) Native English Speakers b) Degree holder c) Teaching Qualifications d) Above 25 years e) Has a minimum of 2 years work experience f) Preference given to those who can start in August.
Salary: 9500 to 15000 rmb/mth depending on your qualifications and experience. A completion/renewal bonus will be given at the end of your one-year contract. Work visa sponsorship will be provided. We are a legitimate school.
