Sr. Sales Manager / Sales Manager


- Maintain strong working relationships with current clients

- Client recruitment and development-expand the client base, especially in 4 & 5 Star hotels, high end restaurants, etc

- Reach sales targets

- Identify sales prospects in Shanghai and surrounding outside cities, develop new business contacts and maintain current accounts if assigned.

- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, develop new channels, and increase sales revenue.

- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

- Identify and resolve client concerns, manage customer complaints

- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services

- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

- Follow-up for collection of payment - AR

- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock

- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

- Other duties as assigned.
