Requirements:
·University graduate
·Have good knowledge of US/UK universities and their admission requirements and procedures
·Ideally have experience of studying / living in the USA or the UK
·Fluent English and Chinese
·Excellent communication skills
·Very strong sales and marketing skills
·Familiar / experienced with PCs and MS office applications
·Should be friendly, honest, reliable, confident, hard-working and a good team player as well as self-motivated and able to work individually and unsupervised
· Willing to commit to a long-term career
·Prepared to work evenings and weekends when necessary
Responsibilities:
·Give advice to Chinese students, about studying in the USA/UK. In the office and at exhibitions, as well as answering queries over the telephone and on-line
·Contacting Chinese schools and universities to establish new relationships, and to promote US and UK educational products such as student exchange programs, summer camps, joint degree programs, teaching training courses, etc.
·Assist with general marketing duties
·Possibility for travel abroad

After opening the office in Shanghai four years ago, the company has grown rapidly and is in need of more staff to cope with a growing list of clients. We are searching for someone that is looking for a rewarding, long-term career. Full training will be given at the commencement of employment and also on an on-going basis.
Note that successful applicants will already have the core knowledge and skills (as listed above, under requirements) needed to carry out this job. However, we will also consider applications from applicants with no knowledge of the US or UK education systems for Assistant Consultant positions.
