Project Coordinator, Crisis & Risk Consulting


Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate would be based in Beijing and would work in close coordination with consultants across the Greater China region to:

- Coordinate and manage client projects throughout their lifecycles

- Assist in the management and coordination of client relationships

- Prepare project proposals

- Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of consulting projects

- Assist in the preparation and editing of consulting reports

- Assist in the management of subcontractors

- Assist with client liaison and business development


Development

- The incumbent of this position, subject to his/her interest and ability, would undergo development to become an Associate Consultant specializing in the area of Crisis Management and Business Continuity Consulting.

As an Associate Consultant, the incumbent would, together with consultants throughout the region:

- Perform gap analysis reports on the crisis management and business continuity plans of clients

- Prepare and conduct crisis management training exercises and risk assessments

- Conduct business continuity interviews, perform impact analyses and prepare business continuity plans

- Draft and prepare post-training reports


Requirements:

- Strong academic record with a bachelor's degree or higher

- Native English language ability with strong writing skills

- Good organizational skills, proven initiative and self-discipline



Valuable Assets:

- Working fluency in Mandarin (Putonghua)
- Fluency in another Chinese dialect
- Ability to read and write Chinese
- Experience in project management
- Experience in security services
- Experience in crisis management or related projects
