ARMA Global Media Development Ltd. is seeking Personal Assistant to the company’s CEO. The successful candidate would be a native Chinese University graduate who is fluent in English and has work experience with international professionals. The individual should have experience and great interest in media including TV and Film production, and media consultancy. The job in hand involves working closely with the CEO on local and international projects and requires high inter-personal and communication skills. Both male and female applications will be considered.
Duties of the PA will include :
· Maintaining, organizing and scheduling proper appointments and meetings including follow ups with clients and partners
· High level Translation from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English – both spoken and written.
· Constant follow and review of Chinese media industry news
· Dealing with travel arrangements, calls, related itinerary and accommodation
· Support in preparation of presentations, website content and company materials
· Willing to travel for business
Position Requirements:
· Very strong interpersonal/communication skills
· Attention to details and well-organized
· Native Chinese speaker
· High level English skills – written and spoken
· Ambitious and looking to grow in the media industry
· Work/study experience abroad – advantage
· Work experience in Media - advantage
