Student Service Manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree;
3-5 years teaching experience;
Management or supervisory experience 2+ years;
Leadership;
Effective communication and interpersonal skill;
Some Mandarin (beneficial);
MS Excel, Power Point, Word;
Excellent command of the English language.
RESPONSIBILITY
Supervise and manage the work of the student coordinators and the activity coordinator;
Design, develop and manage exemplar student services and an appropriate organizational structure for their delivery;
Lead in the establishment of a support center that ensures to becomes a widely admired service strongly supported by our students and staff;
Help in the establishment of policy and procedures ensuring that they are student focused, addressed to the college’s goals and objectives, and innovative and adaptive to change;
Develop relevant performance indicators to assure effective monitoring of performance of the LRJJ students.
