We are seeking Night Shift Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, servicing and developing our United States customer base.

The candidate will have the following competencies
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire for career progression
- Excellent time management & documentation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Chinese citizen

The successful candidate will be performing the following
- Handling consumer and& in-house inquiries
- Maintaining and growing our customer base
- Maintaining a high online reputation for the United States market
- Attending ongoing training
