Position: Account Director for Automobile/Hotel client (Shanghai)

Report to:   Client Service Director

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years CRM/database marketing/partnership development or related experience in Agency, preferably servicing luxury automobile or international hotel clients in mainland China

 

· Familiar with fundamental data analysis, partnership marketing and CRM

 

· Organized, self motivated team player who is able to lead and deliver projects independently

 

· Demonstrated project management skills and negotiation skills (with business acumen)

 

· Creative thinker with innovative approach to challenging situations

 

· Proven leader with strong people management skills and a mature approach to conflict resolution


· Strong communicator with ability to influence and ‘sell’ ideas to all levels of contacts, both internally and externally

 

· Extremely conscientious and quality oriented, and accept to be hands-on in work delivery

 

·  Ability to thrive under pressure and always eager to take on challenges

 

· Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin.  Able to communicate with English-speaking clients confidently.

 


Duties:

  1. Lead the account team to develop, maintain and manage a strong relationship with a luxury automobile client (key) and an international hotel client
  2. Develop marketing/program strategy and proposal to the automobile client and implement the marketing campaigns for both owners’ programs and after-sales programs.
  3. Develop and manage strategic partnership on behalf of an international hotel client.
  4. Develop and implement the approved strategies into a series of marketing activities/ campaigns; monitor operation and quality control, track and report performance.
  5. Ensure operational and high standard delivery through strong management of relationship with other internal departments (such as IT and Creative department), client, dealers and suppliers (such as call centre and other agencies).
  6. Conduct program review, data analysis and partnership solicitation.
  7. Train and develop skills of subordinates
