Main Tasks:
Technical support - Assist in fixing of product over the phone/Skype
Quality control of manufacturing of product
Order parts for manufacturing production
Liaise with Head Office in New Zealand
Assist in the manufacturing of equipment as required (part of training)
Fault finding of equipment
Main skills and qualifications:
Ability to speak English fluently - very important
Native Chinese speaker
Is technically minded
Enjoys helping and assisting people - must be patient (technical support)
Honest and hardworking
Training : Provided.
