Study Group is looking for an Academic Director in Dalian. We are looking for an outstanding education manager experienced in program management.
The Academic Director is the Head of the ISP training center responsible for all aspects of ISP Management, including program delivery, student assessment and progression, and operational planning, and liaises with the Study Group corporate office, Beijing and the host university.
The successful applicant will have an excellent track record in program management and demonstrated leadership ability, preferably from an international or joint program environment.
Business development is a key aspect of the Academic Director’s role to lead the ISP training center through rapid development and growth. This calls for a positive, customer service savvy attitude towards center management and a flexible approach towards working long hours when necessary, including weekends and holidays as required.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Management
To enhance the student experience and improve student outcomes and student engagement accordingly
· A welcoming and professional environment maintained and equipped as fit for purpose
· Timely availability and accessibility of ISP-related documents, handbooks, schedules
· Formal observation of program delivery undertaken and constructive feedback given to staff
· Student feedback on program delivery facilitated through questionnaires and meetings
· High progression rates of students through the ISPs and into destination universities
