Call Center Support
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and to ensure high level of customer service.
- Process customer disputes.
- Meet customer requirements in a positive and professional manner and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Take appropriate action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
