Customer Service Engineer


Responsibility

- Identify, assign, and make sure customer requirements correctly implemented in the company.

- Investigate big quality issues and customer complains, carry out root cause analysis, improvement plans and communication with customers.

- Ensure the improvement action committed to customers are effectiveness implemented.

- Maintain good customer relationship, organize customs' audit, visit, routine reports and relevant issues.



Requirement

- Strong communication skills and customer contact experience with world leading companies

- Strong engineering background, especially in IC assembly manufacturing

- Bachelor or above degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant field,5 years above working experience

- Excellent English communication, US, HK, Japan or TW visa holder is preferred
