We are seeking an experienced Eye Care Professional/Optician to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be involved in handling internal and external questions relating to prescription eyewear.
The candidate will have the following competencies
- Previous experience as a Dispensing Optician or experience as an Ophthalmic Lab Technician
- In-depth knowledge of prescription eyewear
- Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire for career progression
- Excellent time management & documentation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Have a valid VISA to stay in China or Chinese citizen
The successful candidate will be performing the following
- Handling consumer & in-house inquiries relating to prescription eyewear
- Attending ongoing training and working with the operations team to improve internal procedures/service levels.
