About the vacancy
Position title: Finance Supervisor
Position location: Shanghai
Position in the Organization Report to: Italian CEO
Subordinates: one assistant
Main responsibilities
- Full responsibility over month-end closure, ensuring that accounts are accurate and correct, by supervising all charts of accounts according to the accounting principles featured by HQs: identification and analysis of main variances of the balance sheet, profit and loss.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of monthly and quarterly economic reports, including financial reports and budgets.
- Full responsibility over all compliances with China regulations (including VAT, statistical report, Corporate tax, etc), in conjunction with external advisors.
- Ensuring that all corporate policy modifications are promptly incorporated into the accounting process, according to corporate guidelines.
- He/she is also responsible for the financial reports of the company.
Expected developments of the Department Finance Controller
Expected candidate development in the Organization: 400 staffs in one year
Position minimum requirements
Education background
- Study aboard major in international accounting , MBA is preferred
Years of work experience (in specific field, if required)
- Knowledge of international accounting standards.
- Familiar with the Chinese accounting standards.
- Totally three to five years’ experience.
- One to two years experience in multinational company
- Experience in JV and foreigner companies.
- Experience in group reporting and analysis.
Additional knowledge (Certifications/ Training)
- Accounting intermediate certificate or ACCA, CIMA, AIA highly appreciated
Language skills
- Good both in oral English and written English
Computer skills
- Knowledge of Kingdee Software.
