About Pacific Strategies and Assessments (PSA)
PSA’s Shanghai office is currently looking for an IT Forensics Specialist to support the Due Diligence and Investigations team.
Primary duties:
Collect data on-site
Extract documents from forensics images.
Recover, sort, organize, and analyze data sets
Perform forensic investigations
Utilize relevant data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
Conduct IT security assessments
Suitable candidates will have excellent analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work and think through problems independently.
The ideal candidate will also have:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Forensics, or Management Information Systems, preferred
Proficiency in various operating systems, software, and programming languages
A strong understanding of computer hardware
Familiarity with IT forensics tools such as EnCase.
Experience in i2 software would be an advantage
An ability to work well with a multi-cultural team
A strong commitment to meeting deadlines
Keen attention to details
An ability to respond quickly to changing work demands
Native-level Mandarin, fluency in English a plus
Familiarity with China and Chinese business practices/culture and/or previous working experience in China, preferred
