Title: Marketing Assistant
Report to: Marketing Manager, China
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect and track industry and competitors' information, analyze market trend and potential.
2. Support product managers to collect and consolidate data and information, assist to develop product folder.
3. Help product managers to coordinate with internal functions, e.g. manufacturing, logistics, customer service, technical service, finance etc., to address issues and problems related to supply, inventory, quality, etc..
4. Independently manage products, including sale forecast, positioning, pricing tactics, channeling, promotional activities planning, support to both sale team and customers etc..
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor or above degree, major in animal nutrition, animal health or relevant science.
2. 2-3 years working experience in feed or feed additive company. Experience in multinational company will be a plus.
3. Sound knowledge of feed and livestock industries with proven track record of accomplishment.
4. Good marketing sense and hands-on experience.
5. Good at marketing plan and analysis.
6. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
7. Able to function and work independently, self-initiated.
8. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical skills, good team player.
9. Ability to learn and willing to handle new challenges in the business.
10. Inherent energy, enthusiasm, and driving determination to know the answers.
11. Ability to progress in a rapidly growing environment.
12. Healthy and can work under pressure.
