Government Relations Associate
Responsibilities:
¨ Report to: Government Relations Manager
¨ Responsible for communication work of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai’s (AmCham Shanghai) Government Relations (GR) program. To include, but not limited to conducting Interviews and writing articles for Insight magazine regarding AmCham GR program; writing event summaries for all AmCham GR events; responsible for updating GR website
¨ Assist in GR survey projects. Conduct interviews with company GR personnel, be able to analyze the data and prepare the final survey presentation
¨ Conduct competitive analysis for GR regional projects and related programs
¨ Assist GR manager to provide meeting agendas and minutes for various GR work groups and taskforces
¨ Assist in Government Relations events, conference, AmCham Shanghai special events, provincial programs and delegations
¨ Perform other duties as required .
Requirements:
¨ Bachelor degree or above in relevant discipline
¨ Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and sufficient verbal skills in Chinese
¨ Experience in anglicizing and presented data
¨ Strong interpersonal skills
¨ Good computer skills
¨ Self motivated and result oriented
