lCommunicate closely with the assigned customers, coordinate orientation and home search programs, based on their individual needs.
lCoordinate all accurate and timely reports required by corporate clients (service reports, market reports, etc)
lAssist Manager when required and perform any and all special tasks or duties directly related to business activities as requested by Management.
lTo identify, review and report potential risk during offering services, take measures to avoid /reduce negative impact to SSF.
Requirements:
lLocal Chinese member with college or bachelor degree
lMinimum 2~3 years relocation and/or real estate experience
lFluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
