About Sara Beattie Shanghai Enterprise

We are seeking an American or Chinese national, aged 32-40, who has completed his/her high school and tertiary education in the States/Canada to play a significant role in the training and education industry in Shanghai in developing revenue centres for Sara Beattie Shanghai. She/he must have previous working experience in Shanghai and in financial accountability of US related Education Franchises/Test Prep/Study abroad at the high school or tertiary level.

Responsibilities 

Take full accountability in running a small to medium sized business in Test Preparation, student enrollment to the States at High School, Grad and Post Graduate level.   

  • Strongly position the company in both the local and expat markets.
  • Prepare business plans, forecasts and management reports.
  • Manage schedules of a small crew of native English part-time and full-time Trainers.
  • Manage marketing, sales and admin staff.
  • Work closely with school principals and career masters / mistresses to run workshops and seminars for both International and local students.
  • Seek and manage new locations.

Requirements
  • +3 years of working experience with Revenue Center Accountability in the education industry in Shanghai.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong external networking and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of online advertising (social media, search engines, etc).
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
