This job is for a highly capable and energetic leader to take over the management of several media and marketing departments and join an existing senior management circle of other Managers.
We are looking for someone with the personal charisma to step directly into the Manager position and quickly gain the confidence of the existing young staff.
We are looking for a talented marketing or sales generalist who considers him/herself at the beginning of serious long term career in China, focused on China work and China management, but also selling to global markets.
Normal Xinglongxing working hours and holidays. (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm; national Chinese holidays plus additional employee paid leave)
You must have at least 7 years working experience in total, more experience is preferred
Experience working with Chinese colleagues (i.e. China experience must be involved with people, not abstract or only involved with foreigners)
At least one past job in a MNC
AND at least one past job in a smaller private company (to know both sides of company culture
You MUST have a degree that is related to technology, business, sales, marketing, economics, commerce, or any creative discipline
You must be proficient in both English and Chinese. At least conversational in Mandadrin
