Sinoinvest Consulting provides China incorporation services and offshore company formation to clients in Hong Kong and mainland China. We are looking for two business consultants to join our offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist clients in incorporating Hong Kong or offshore companies, as well as bank account set up.
-Advising clients setting up companies in China (WFOE, Joint Ventures, Representative Offices, FIPE)
-Coordinate large investment projects such as factory set up, corporate restructuring, M&A due diligence etc.
-Attend relevant trade fairs and seminars on behalf of company
-Handle business development and communication with partners (investment promotion agencies, banks, accounting firms, offshore registered agents, law firms)
REQUIREMENTS
-University degree in accounting, finance, marketing, business, English or law
-At least 2~3 years of professional experience in the field of company formation, business services, accounting or financial management
-Strong customer service skills, ability to deal with international clients. Prior working experience in managing accounts in a multinational environment is preferred.
-Basic knowledge of Chinese accounting principles and softwares, as well as China company law
-Good spoken and written English skills (most our clients are foreigners)
-Must be living in Shanghai or Shenzhen
