Program Manager Shanghai Connect-123 Internship and Volunteer Programs To date, we've worked with students from over 280 universities and have more than 300 international students participating on our programs each year. Each of our Program Managers would:
Connect-123 facilitates internship, volunteer and study abroad opportunities for overseas students and graduates in Cape Town, Buenos Aires and Shanghai, in a wide range of fields including business, education, health care, journalism, social work, and sustainable development. All programs are designed to create equal value for the Connect-123 interns/volunteers, and for the local organizations with whom they are placed.
Requirements:
Fluent or intermediate level in both Mandarin and English
An undergraduate degree
Experience working with young adults preferred
Overseas work / travel / volunteer experience a plus
Background in Education / Human Resources / Operations / Project Management advantageous
Personal Skills/Attributes:
Highly-developed communication skills
Enjoy interacting with people from different sectors, who come from diverse backgrounds
Organised multi-tasker.
Energetic and proactive
Experience in visa policies and procedures
