About the role

The role involves development and management of new Partner Services for our global network of almost 1000 of the world’s leading Universities, Colleges and schools. We are looking to extend our services to our Partners beyond agency services into a range of new business areas. You will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our offering to new and existing Partners and overseeing implementation and service delivery. Working with your own team, that will grow as the business expands, you will require a strong set of general management and cross-cultural communication skills. We expect the role and title to be upgraded as appropriate as the business develops. Further information about the business will be given at interview.

About the Candidate

You will have significant experience in the international sector and a solid appreciation of compliance concerns that drive key stakeholders in higher education institutions and government. You will have a strong record of successfully managing projects in an international environment. We are open minded about whether your background is in education delivery, services or education marketing or in the public or private sectors. We are very focused on drive, communication skills, ethics and solid demonstrated experience in service and project delivery.

Key Selection Criteria:

Essential

-       A high level of skill in spoken and written English.

-       A demonstrated record of achievement in project management and service delivery.

-       Excellent organizational skills.

-       Demonstrated minimum of 5 years’ experience in international education.

-       Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving business targets within financial parameters.

-       Education to a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with Master’s level education preferred.

-       International outlook and strong cross cultural communication skills.

-       Meet criteria for a Work Permit and Visa in the People’s Republic of China (EIC to organize visa).
