Business Development Director
Key Responsibilities:
· Be part of the Penske Asia management team
· Develop short, medium and long-term business plan and strategies for sales and marketing to achieve targeted growth and maximize market opportunities
· Oversee marketing programs and develop a road map to improve brand recognition in China
· Build and develop a highly engaged, highly caliber, highly effective sales & marketing team
· Leverage Penske global expertise and coverage and be the liaison for global accounts
· Establish and maintain a robust relationship with the company’s strategic clients and partners in Asia/China
· Identify and track growth opportunities·
· Evaluate opportunities against our current service line expertise and plans for future focus, in the areas of international
