THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Help build the next generation of systems & front-end driving the client’s ecommerce, analytics & marketing
2) Delve into the business of ecommerce & work closely with Marketing, Sales & Operations teams to quickly assess & build tools that meet their needs
3) Play a key role in technology innovation, working on diverse projects from augmented reality to iPad applications
4) Code primarily using PHP & JavaScript
THE REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top North American University
· Strong working ability in PHP
· Strong working knowledge of XHMTL , CSS , and JavaScript
· Has worked on and completed complex and high quality web applications
· Previous experience with technically complex open-source projects preferred but not required
· Experience with membership services , account management, and p ayment gateway integration
· Experience managing a high traffic site
· Strong working knowledge of CouchDB & building scalable databases preferred
· Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, A/B Testing, & web analytics
· Experience with Python an asset, but not necessary
· Rapid learner who excels in a fast-paced environment
· Strong project management & communication skills
· Embraces & enjoys a start up environment with a 24/7 mentality
· A deep belief in learning through doing

· Able to travel internationally
