Establish, build and maintain relationships with host companies for the placement of interns;
Explore new industries in order to meet the demand for internships;
Provide perfect match-making between intern profiles and company job descriptions;
Attend events, seminars and conferences in order to obtain business contacts and to represent CRCC Asia;
Work closely together with the Client Relationship Manager and the Program Coordinator in solving problems and addressing issues between different parties.

Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, HR and/or Business Development;
Strong English and Chinese language skills;
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time;
Good organizational skills;
Existing network of companies is huge plus;
Open, honest, resourceful and team player
