Working in a fast-paced marketing team and reporting to the Editorial & PR Specialist, Asia (ex Japan) as well as the China Marketing Manager, the Editorial & PR specialist (China) will take responsibility for researching and writing a range of communications materials.The ideal candidate will have a PR and/or journalistic (on or offline) background and understanding of social networking techniques.

Write professional, engaging, SEO friendly copy for the Robert Walters website in China, developing a clear style for the sites
including copy for microsites and specialist areas within the site e.g. international career management, Asia Job Index, client microsites
Working in conjunction with the China Marketing Manager, write e-newsletter content for candidate and client email communication.Compile newsletter from existing content across the business as well as sourcing new ideas for content
Edit content for other email campaigns, including ‘hot jobs’ and ‘hot candidates’
Manage news feeds and content/press circulation
Conduct weekly spot checks of job adverts in China and train consultants on how to write strong advert copy
Work with the China Marketing Manager to provide content for social networking channels (Robert Walters Twitter page for journalists, develop content for the Group’s Facebook group (focused at potential recruitment consultants to work at Robert Walters) and look at ways to exploit Linked In to promote Robert Walters as industry experts) [Including managing/maintaining Robert Walters Facebook and Linked In membership]
Work with production agencies to script and produce video content for the China website
