Role :
· This position will be responsible for Business Operation and Labor Management for the Unit. This includes planning, forecasting and dashboard based tracking of all operational drivers with specific focus on labor drivers and recommending corrective measures.
· MBA in Finance from a Tier 1 or 2 university or CA /CPA/CFA with 6-10 years experience in IT Services-outsourcing/infrastructure business.
· The person should have strong analytical skills and be well versed in doing financial analysis and problem solving. Ideally should have worked in a Business Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis, Process Optimization or Labor Management/Modeling role in the past 2-3 years
· Strong spreadsheet skills-Excel (Macros, pivots, lookups, graphs etc)
· Good communication and project management skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and across matrixes teams.
