Map out and structure important operational processes, with as goal continuous quality improvement:
(a) recruitment & panel management
(b) editing & data quality control
(c) account management & project timings
(d) client communication
(e) program quality & reporting
Developing an Operational Manual. Writing out and managing procedures concerning all operational processes.
Communication these procedures.
3. Cost awareness & cost control:
Is able to determine, analyse and take appropriate actions to control expenses, without neglecting quality.
Is able to determine & analyse in which domains investments will be necessary.
4. HR: recruitment, coaching & development
Recruiting & Selecting in collaboration with MD CN.
Maintaining relationship with interim & recruiting offices.
Preparing, organising and managing of reviews
Based on reviews and goal settings, managing of internal career development of staff members
Takes steps to optimise development of staff members
Developing of training programs based on internal needs
5. Internal communication:
With the MD CN. Runs business in close consultation with the MD.
Communicates Company information towards team members
Creates an open environment where people say what’s on their minds
