As w e are expanding our presence here in China, we are looking to hire a Senior Consultant / Project Leader in our office in Shanghai.
Job Description
The Senior Consultant / Project Leader will be crucial to the planned expansion of our business in China. As a senior member of the growing team and in cooperation with colleagues from Europe you will participate in lean production or procurement excellence projects as senior consultant and/or as project leader. As a major interface to the client, you will make important contributions in the analysis, design and implementation phase of the projects and help to build our reputation in China by realizing sustainable solutions for our customer.
The Successful Applicant
With excellent academic achievements you must have extensive experience in the manufacturing and supply chain area with a strong track record of facilitating and building credible relationships with multiple stakeholders at the most senior levels.
Preferably from automotive or hi-tech industries you will have 6-10 years operational experience gained in recognized MNC's in China within either manufacturing, supply chain management, strategic procurement or supplier management.
Previous management consultancy experience would be a plus.
You must be fluent in Mandarin and English, German would be a plus.
