About Connect-123 Internship & Volunteer Programs
Each of our Program Managers would:
identify organizations and companies that can potentially host interns/volunteers
build and maintain relationships with host organizations
establish and maintain relationships with universities (mainly in North America) – to raise awareness of our program within that community and to develop specific programs for individual universities
guide individuals through the application process and match each one to a suitable opportunity
assist program participants with preparations for their trip to Shanghai i.e. visas
assist with the negotiation of housing rental contracts for participants
engage in coaching/mentoring sessions to help participants overcome difficulties and provide them with career advice
organize and manage social events & excursions for Connect-123’s participants
Requirements:
Both Mandarin and English
An undergraduate degree
Experience working with young adults preferred
Overseas work / travel / volunteer experience a plus
Background in Education / Human Resources / Operations / Project Management advantageous
