We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be involved in handling our retail customers.

The candidate will have the following competencies
-    Fluent in German with good writing skills
-    Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
-    Be a lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
-    Have a positive attitude with genuine desire to move forward in career
-    Have excellent time management & documentation skills
-    Work well in a team environment
-    Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
-    If native Chinese then obtained CET-8 English Level is a plus

The successful candidate will be performing the following

- Handle retail customer inquiries for the German markets (depending on language skills Chinese or English Market as well)
- Attending ongoing training and working with the operations team to improve internal procedures/service levels.
