SSBG – IT Solutions is expanding and we are searching for Full-Time candidates for our IT Service Delivery Teams in Shanghai. Prefer both English and Chinese capability. All candidates need to have at least 1+ yrs experience providing IT Services with a customer focus, strong work-ethic, willingness to learn, good attitude and the ability to adapt. We are looking for professional candidates interested in serious long-term opportunities with one of Shanghai's most respected IT Support companies.
Placement within the support teams is based on applicable experience and proven skill sets so please clearly note which team you believe you are best qualified to join, and list on your resume any and all technical certifications you currently hold. It is also a good idea to write us a brief cover letter explaining your current work situation and expectations. Salary and benefits will be based on experience and skills on a competitive scale, and will not be discussed until the 2nd interview.

1) Desktop Support Team – 2x
Description: On-site & Remote computer maintenance and IT support. Hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Skills - Windows / Mac, Printers, Email clients, USB Perif, basic network (LAN), internet, and good logical troubleshooting. Note: Chinese or English resumes are welcome
2) Server Systems Support – 1x
Description: On-site & Remote Server system maintenance, Active Directory management, general administration and support. Hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Skills - Win Svr 03/08, Linux, RAID systems (0/1/5/6), VMWare, Backup systems (Tape & NAS), Exchange, Ipswitch, and Domain Control Administration. Note: Chinese or English resumes are welcome
3) Infrastructure Support – 1x
Description: On-site & Remote router, firewall, proxy systems administration and IT support. Hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Skills - Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper, WatchGuard, Checkpoint, IAS Proxy, BlueCoat, ERP/ MRP experience. Note: Chinese or English resumes are welcome
