Business Development Director
Reporting to: CEO- Airports Division (direct, daily and BD aspect) VP- City Relations and Business Development (City relations aspect)
Job Responsibilities:
- With the guidance of CEO- Airports to effectively promote JCDecaux' image as the expert in the airport media planning and deployment to partners/media owners in airports;
- Establish effective relationships and intelligence networks in the airports with business opportunities to explore potential co-operation opportunities;
- Directly support CEO- Airports Division on new projects' developments in accordance with JCDecaux investment policies, standards, procedures, criteria and strategic directions
- With the guidance of VP- City Relations and Business Development to establish good city relations at the higher level to enhance JCDecaux' influencing power and the ability of winning the co-operation opportunities at the operation level;
- To provide effective assistance problem solving solutions to business units as requested by CEO-Airports Division or BU General Managers
- Crisis handling on the relations matters with partners
Background requirements:
-Solid working experience in advertising (media) functions or related departments in airport business.
-Have general management or BD experience
-Understand the airport organization, reporting line and the operation process, etc.
-Good communicational and coordination ability and skills
-Basic English communicational skills
-Basic knowledge of financial evaluation on business and projects
-Good Teamwork spirit
