Provide leadership and sales directions for the regional On trade team under the guidelines of GM
Work with GM and On trade sales team to formulate effective sales strategies for specific accounts in the designated regions
Supervise the account management by familiarize himself on all the uniqueness of each account thus to provide service needed as well as capitalizing the maximum potential.
Promote the principal of yield management on each account.
Work with On trade sales managers in identifying potential accounts in the designated market segments and tailor made proposal to cater the needs Compile Monthly Sales & Payment Collection for the regions and to monitor the progress weekly. Also to initiate necessary action to ensure moth end target is achieved.
Establish an effective system in account file management thus to provide necessary reference and information base for daily customer service/management.
Business Development :
Implement effective promotional activities to facilitate sales and to improve the brand awareness
Work with designated Manager in regional office on marketing strategy as well as POS management, such as A&P month end report.
Participate in Visitor Schedule for the regions especially when promotional events or activities are scheduled.
Finance :
Project cash flow for the all expense required to run the office and submit to Vice President & Finance Manager for approval
To ensure all reimbursement of Sales Department are submitted on time to Finance Warehouse & Logistic
Full participation in inventory management for the regions and adopt the proactive approach to project the inventory need to cope with business growth.
Maintain an effective communication channel with Warehouse & Logistic Manager in the inventory management and delivery service
Administration :
Conduct periodical performance appraisal to ensure staffs are given precise evaluation and objective with agreed measurement and time frame.
Compilation of necessary report required by Regional General Manager, Vice President or Finance Managers
Take up projects assigned by regional General Manager or Vice President
