Lead all planning (long term planning, annual budget, quarterly targets, forecast) processes across the Operations Department.
Provide information and analysis that allows senior leadership to drive superior decision-making and the ability to achieve goals set for company growth, revenue, and efficiency.
Relentlessly review and identify areas to drive cost savings
Ensure the timely analysis and review of all suppliers – ensuring that relationships are professional, negotiations are thorough, and the pipeline of back-up suppliers is fresh
Work closely with all Restaurant Managers and Brand Manager to guarantee the standardization and consistent operation of all services and products (schedules, delivery, installations, etc)
Review and lead all negotiations with suppliers, partners in the department- teach and educate the team on contract management
