TITLE: Project Manager – Senior Interior Designer
SALARY RANGE: ￥10,000 – 15, 000.

Lime 388 design studio, one the most famous design studio in shanghai, is looking for a full time project manager and Senior interior designer for managing various interior design projects. (Hotels, Residentials…)
? Manage projects from drawling to construction
? Take part and conduct meetings presentations with clients
? Follow the construction, coordinate with construction companies as well as other suppliers
? Manage a good relationship between designers and suppliers
? Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements and timeline
REQUIREMENT
? Minimum age of 28
? Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
? Minimum 5 years similar working experience as an Interior Designer
? An experience in luxury Interior Design projects would be appreciated
? Excellent skills with Excel and Excellent skills with CAD
? Strong knowledge in construction process and materials
? Good presentation and communication skills
? A portfolio proving interior design project and project management skills & efficiency
? Result- oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
