The CEO will report directly to the Managing Director.
The CEO will lead existing operations and will be responsible for sourcing and launching new hotel projects.
The main responsibilities will be:
-Manage and develop the corporate office and each on-site hotel's management team
-Manage organizational change to create a results-oriented culture within the group
-The definition and implementation of the group's strategy
-The establishment of strategic relationships with key partners: business and institutional
-Develop the company's business in terms of turnover by monitoring and maintaining profitability ratios and return on investment.
Skills:
-Ideal candidates have high level diploma in hospitality and business degree from leading school
-Experience in all areas of hotel operations, previously been General Manager at a high end hotel
-Pre-opening hotel experience
-Experience in China/emerging markets, within the high-end hotel market
-Demonstrated track record of efficient and rigourous problem solving
-Fluency in English/Proficiency in Mandarin
