Looking for a manager, in charge of the overall management of the Cafe & Bar, to assist the owner. The Cafe & Bar main service is western food, drink and coffee.
Requirements:
1/ In any age, 3+ years' experience in Cafe & Bar or Restaurant overall management, at least lobby overall management
2/ very good English ability, native level preferred, expatriates most welcome
3/ Marketing planning and sales, sales training and promotion ability
4/ some sales training ability and experience, be able to train sales and service staff
5/ good management and communication ability, good team leader, can promote the overall quality management
6/ experienced in daily overall operation management of the Cafe & Bar
7/ experienced in daily meeting, daily planning and reporting
8/ experienced in the preparation of new items.
