Job Description and Role Summary
职能概要
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our retail project management team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be assigned to one of the world’s leading luxury retailers as part of a 12 month assignment, working on various interesting and challenging projects across China.

The Key duties of this post are as follows:
岗位职责如下:
- Act as single point of contact for Client projects, reporting to Client’s Head of Projects, and inProjects Country Director.
作为项目的唯一联系点, 向客户的项目总监及集团项目董事负责。
- Prepare master schedules and timelines, including key event schedules, procurement and design programmes.
准备项目程序表及时限线, 包括主要程序、采购及设计计划。
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and cost reports for the Projects.
准备及维持项目预算、成本报告。
- Manage the development of the design and monitor the production of the design against key programme dates.
管理项目设计发展及监察设计成品符合主要计划。
- Prepare and issue prequalification and tender documentation and manage the undertaking of competitive tendering process where required by the Client.
准备及发出未予批准的投标文件。当客户要求时, 需要参与管理及承担挑选投标的过程。
- Manage and coordinate the retail furniture and equipment ordering process and track deliveries.
管理及协调零售店铺家俱, 订购设备程序及运送纪录。
- Liaise with Landlords and Government Authorities to facilitate and secure Statutory approvals for the Client.
与店主及有关政府单位联系, 促使客户项目获得法定许可。
Control change and variations through formal change control process
通过正式的的更改程序监督任何项目更改或变化。
- Monitor the construction of the store projects through site visits and prepare reports on progress to the Client.
通过临场考察, 监督项目店铺施工进度及准备进度报告予客户。
Key Skills
任职要求：
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Industry experience in one of the following: Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Building, Fit-out or architecture
具室内设计、测量勘查、建造、装修或建筑其中一項的相关经验。
- Fit out project management experience ideally with a retail or hospitality focus luxury brands are a plus.
具备国际知名奢侈零售品牌的装修项目管理经验者优先考虑。
- Ideally experience of working for a Project Management Consultancy, in a Project Management Consulting role or with a Design and Build contractor
曾于项目管理顾问公司担任项目管理顾问或设计建造承包人优先考虑。
- At least 6 years project management experience
最少6年或以上项目管理经验。
- Tertiary education in a relevant field (preferred but not essential)
大学本科或以上学历。
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
熟练的中英语 听、说、读、写能力。
