Technical Writer - Native English Speaker
SiemensTechnology-To-Business Center China requires an articulate, well-rounded native English speaker to develop and coach in-house innovators and engineers.
Requirements:
- Native speakers from English speaking countries
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Literature, Linguistics, Communications, Education, Journalism or related area.
- Must be creative, posse strong organizational skills, able to enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
- Business savvy and exceptional presentation skills are a MUST.
- Self-starter; proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills are a MUST.
- Have constant interest in technology; technical writing experience is a plus.
- Must be a quick learner and able to grasp basic ideas of highly technical articles
Areas of Responsibility:
- In charge of internal pipeline scouting process, making sure it continues to produce commercially viable pipeline ideas
- Coordinate the work of innovators to deliver summaries and due diligence reports of potential pipeline ideas on a weekly basis
- In charge of the continuous and on-the-job staff training regarding presentation and writing skills to make sure that staffs can explain the technical ideas to a non-technical mass audience.
- In charge of project and demo presentations for making all our projects appear attractive to our internal customers.
