Job Content and Responsibilities
Main responsibility: responsible for pre-sales consultant team management
1 Work assignment - Accountable for ensuring equitable support resource allocation to support sales team members;
2 HR management - Assists in presales staff selection and training ; leads the development, motivation, and recognition of presales resources to generate a high performance and maximize sales success;
3 Efficient process - responsible for setting up /implement/further development standard pre-sales templates and regular documentation, make sure timely support and reply to sales team members;
4 Template solution management – assists in the whole presales solution process, including technology support, proposal design, best price package, presentation, analysis of customer needs, materials prepare etc.
5 Coordination and problem solvement – responsible for different parties coordination and make sure solving problem on time
General Requirements
1. Good communication and coordination skills (English and Chinese)
2. Be able to work under high pressure and solve problem timely
3. Customer oriented and creative
4. Good presentation skills, with deep and wide knowledge in the following areas: cabling, Network, servers/storage, PBX, Cisco .VoIP etc.
5. Above 30 years old. Minimum 2-year managerial experiences. Minimum 5-year working experiences in IT industry; above 5-year IT integration experiences
6. more than 3-year IT solution presales management experiences with MNCs
7. Excellent English skills
