Local representative office of French company in Shanghai. Our company manufactures Marking machines in France. We have 40 dealers in 45 countries. We expand our sales activities strongly in China, and look to set a permanent base covering all Asia, which require us to provide technical support, maintenance repair and training from China to all of our customers.
We look for : - Technical Sales Engineer
- Language :Chinese must be native level, with professional communication skills. English level shall be very good for writing and reading. French & Japanese can be a plus but not required.
- Education : Graduated from technical / engineering university. Most likely in mechanical field.
- Experience: 1 or 2 significant work experiences. Work experience in international / foreign company preferred. Ideally experience in industry / manufacturing field.
- The main mission : In case of breakdown, technical maintenance of machines at customer site / in office, (back office / front office). Day to day technical support (hotline) for customer advice / diagnosis of problem. Training of existing and new dealers / system integrators.
- Side mission : Sales activity to demonstrate the machine, be in touch with customers, make commercial proposals of customer support contracts, spare parts & accessories. Ability to introduce high quality products, demonstrate the cost performance of such products, with some negotiation skills.
- Our representative office covers all Asia, which means business trips abroad may be required. Regular trips around China will be required. You will be working with the French office representative only.
- Our customers are in the industrial / manufacturing field : car makers, heavy industry, aeronautic, mechanics, ship yard. You will be regularly in touch with production managers, quality control manager, and of course operators who uses the machines.
