The candidate will be the point of contact for maintenance, problem reporting and upgrading of an interactive kiosk in a retail store in the centre of Shanghai.
Every 2nd week the person will be required to visit the store to check that an interactive kiosk is functioning well and collect information from the store manager about any problems that have occurred since his last visit.
On request, the person will be required to upgrade the kiosk using a USB key. In case of malfunction, the person will be called and required to be at the store no later than 4 hours after the call. Once on-site the person will have to go through a 1-hour test protocol.
We are seeking a well-mannered, well-educated, English-speaking individual who is living in Shanghai. Spoken French is a plus.
The person must be an experienced user of PC applications running on Microsoft Windows, as well as a regular Internet surfer.
