Recruitment Job Title: Qualified Architect
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Type: 1 or 2 years roll-on contract
Description: Working for a JV Company to design China’s projects, work and cooperate with local Chinese architects to offer better solutions of the projects, assist design director to complete scheme development and other design work, and also doing some presentation and marketing work if necessary.
Skills: Having an excellent English language, you will also need a strong architecture design background, be proficient in Auto Cad, 3D Max, Sketch up, In design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Power Point & Excel, etc. and have a minimum of 6+ years experience in architecture design and project management in the Asia Pacific or equivalent overseas. Knowledge of China’s architecture and construction criteria would be preferred, but not essential. Others Love Chinese Culture, hard working ( can do overtime if necessary ) , observe discipline and adapting a life of quick rhythm. Good communication skills and being a team player are fundamental.
