Benefits Manager
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for developing a wide range of merchant discounts and benefits associated with a global student loyalty card being launched in China. Working with national and regional merchants as well as local Universities, the Benefits Manager will review student purchasing behavior and patterns and create Benefits & Discount programs to match. The student card is a well recognized global card and the benefits plan will incorporate the cards global merchants as well a major focus to created local benefits to match the cards sales plan.
Previous experience in marketing, especially youth marketing (18-24yo) will be beneficial. Experience working with large and small companies, national and international will be a plus. Aggressive growth and success will be rewarded.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a college or university in China
- 2 to 4 years experience in Benefits Creation industry or relations position
- Opportunistic person looking to grow with a small private company
- Professional communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Able to attend training provided in spoken English, provide business reports in written English
