The Sales Director will report to the GM (Owner of the company) in Italy, where is headquarter. The sales director must be experienced in sales and management, strong technology background related to heat exchange, good at relationship building and know-how of international business. He can develop the business fast and have the relationship and sales network in heat exchanger and/or air-conditioning industry. If it is necessary, he can bring a sales assistant on technical side to support him on technology. He will be trained at the beginning in Italy for some time to understand the products, the system and the business. His target will be to develop the business in Asia.
The Responsibilities are:
+ Establishing and developing relationship with customers, and also with suppliers and government.
+ Developing existing customers and acquire new customers
+ Organize marketing activities and exhibitions following up on
+ Sales enquires and sales prospects travelling within Asia (80% in China)
+ Strong technology background, related to heat exchange and/or air-conditioning
+ Manage the established sales department.
+ Must speak and write excellent English
+ Must have working-experience at least 10 years include more than 8 years in western Companies. Sales Experience in heat exchanger or industrial air-conditioning is strongly required!
+ High monthly salary plus commissions
+ Sensitive business intelligence, Powerful and Tough people preferred.
