They are now looking for an Art Director whose responsibilities will include the following:

  • Develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development to the creation of preliminary sketches.
  • Ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation.
  • Development and delivery of engaging presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Create a strong network of specialized creative in order to be able to answer properly to any kind of demand
  • Aid in recruiting new talent
  • Manage, mentor and train Creative staff to maintain employee retention and quality standards.
  • To have a hands on approach

Position Requirements：

  • Design degree from a major design university
  • At least 2-5 years experience in Design industry
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Innovative approach to visual communication
  • Solid interpersonal capabilities along with superlative verbal, visual and written communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of design methodologies, user-experience/interface design, information design, and corporate identity/branding
  • Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools
  • Adobe Creative Suite essential
